We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of a thriving neighbourhood pub in the heart of Central London.
This is a characterful, community-focused venue with a fantastic food offering, beautiful interiors, and a bustling mix of locals, office workers and visitors. It’s a business that genuinely values hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and building a team that loves coming to work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, developing and inspiring a passionate team.
- Driving sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Taking full ownership of the P&L and commercial performance.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Working with a supportive senior leadership team to continue growing an already successful business.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has General Manager experience in a quality pub or hospitality venue.
- Leads from the floor and loves developing people.
- Is commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Has a genuine passion for pubs, food, drink and great hospitality.
- Thrives in a busy, community-led environment.
