The Role
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive sales across food, drink and accommodation.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Manage budgets, stock, labour and overall financial performance.
- Build strong relationships within the local community and encourage repeat business.
About You
- Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up.
- Strong food-led pub or hospitality background.
- Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and KPIs.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible on the floor.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and developing people.
