Our Journey

Like many great ventures, ours began with a serendipitous conversation about the importance of attracting diverse talent & the significance of engaging with all potential candidates from the onset of the hiring process, thereby expanding the pool of quality candidates from which employers can draw.

Often, individuals from underrepresented groups and communities may feel hesitant to apply for roles on conventional job boards. Hence, the idea arose: why not establish job boards tailored to their needs?

Why Do We Do This?

Diversity and inclusion have become pivotal themes of the 21st century, with companies increasingly recognising their role in fostering an equitable society. The challenge doesn't lie in the lack of desire for diverse candidates, but rather in understanding how to effectively identify and engage them from the outset of the hiring process. We understand that rather than simply waiting for a diverse candidate pool to emerge, it's imperative to actively seek out talent from underrepresented groups directly from our platforms.
