Job Title: US Qualified ECM Associate- City office of Cravath Scale US law firm
Salary: £200,000-£280,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE

Our longstanding client, a Cravath Scale US law firm has a strong and established foothold in London.
Role:
Joining a market leading ECM team, they have a mixture of UK and US qualified lawyers and are looking to hire a US qualified capital markets associate to focus on a range of high profile ECM transactions including IPOS, placings, rights issues, other equity offerings
