Overview
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s exciting food businesses to find an exceptional People Director.
This is a high impact leadership role for someone passionate about people, culture, and growth with the ability to think strategically while delivering operational excellence in a fast paced environment.
The role:
- Lead and deliver the overall people strategy aligned to business growth
- Drive a high performance culture through effective people development and performance conversations
- Build succession plans and future talent pipelines across the business
- Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Build L&D framework
- Partner closely with senior leadership and line managers on all people matters
- Develop and evolve reward frameworks alongside the CEO
Experience:
- Proven experience at People Director level within high growth businesses
- Strong background in culture transformation and people development
- Strategic thinker with a hands on approach
- Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast moving environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Creative, proactive, and solutions focused mindset
