Overview

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s exciting food businesses to find an exceptional People Director.

This is a high impact leadership role for someone passionate about people, culture, and growth with the ability to think strategically while delivering operational excellence in a fast paced environment.

The role:

  • Lead and deliver the overall people strategy aligned to business growth
  • Drive a high performance culture through effective people development and performance conversations
  • Build succession plans and future talent pipelines across the business
  • Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Build L&D framework 
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and line managers on all people matters
  • Develop and evolve reward frameworks alongside the CEO

Experience:

  • Proven experience at People Director level within high growth businesses
  • Strong background in culture transformation and people development
  • Strategic thinker with a hands on approach
  • Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast moving environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions focused mindset
