Job Title: Non-Contentious Construction Associate- Large market leading team
Salary: £111,000-120,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

  • Our longstanding client, a prestigious Top 20 City law firm has a large market leading non-contentious construction team

Role:
Dealing with contentious employment law matters for large multinational employers including tribunal claims and investigations.

  • Construction documentation to include various contracts, collateral warranties, development agreements, funding agreements
  • Real estate development and projects
  • Energy and Infra construction projects
  • Mixed use and large scale residential
  • Institutions, developers, funders, public sector entities
  • Site acquisition
  • Development

Key attractions:

  • Brand name within the non-contentious construction sector

Successful candidate:

  • 2-5 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Working for a ranked non-contentious construction team within a City or strong regional law firm
  • Excellent academics
