Description
A Interim Employee Relations Manager to:
– Line manage a small ER team
– Manage a high volume of ER casework
– Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
– Advise on policies and procedures
– Support an organisation through a period of change and backlog of casework
– To prepare paperwork for tribunal
– Work closely with the trade unions
Profile
A Interim Employee Relations Manager with:
– Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinaries
– Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable
– Previous NFP experience desirable, particularly health charity
– Previous line management experience
