HR Administrator & Quality Assurance Supervisor – Luxury Resort

Location: Sint Eustatius
Compensation: $3,500–$5,500 USD per month DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury island resort in Sint Eustatius seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator & Quality Assurance Supervisor to support both people operations and property standards. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys a diverse role combining HR administration, quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence within a luxury resort environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and ensuring the resort consistently meets the highest standards through inspections, audits, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation
  • Support recruitment processes, employee communications, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
  • Assist with work permit and immigration administration where required
  • Conduct regular quality inspections across guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Monitor housekeeping standards and coordinate corrective actions with department leaders
  • Identify maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up with the appropriate teams
  • Support internal audits, SOP compliance, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate sustainability certifications, environmental standards, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor guest feedback and assist departments with implementing service improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, hotel operations, quality assurance, or a similar hospitality role
  • Previous experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with employee administration, compliance, and operational standards
  • Knowledge of sustainability programs or certifications is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems or hotel PMS is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in an island resort environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional standards and continuous improvement
