Job Title: Housing Management & Property Litigation Associate- Legal 500 City firm
Salary: £70,000-£75,000
PQE Level: 3-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, a successful medium sized City law firm has a strong reputation within the social housing space.
Role:
Primarily advising social housing providers including local authorities, housing associates and the private sector across a wide range of housing management and residential property litigation matters which often include:
- Service charge disputes
- Breach of lease claims
- Fire & Safety and Cladding
- Forfeiture
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- 3-4 PQE, England & Wales Qualified
- Strong housing management litigation experience gained within a UK law firm
