Group Retail Manager – Luxury Hospitality
Location: Turks & Caicos
Salary: US$45,000–$50,000 tax-free

We are recruiting for a luxury hospitality group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Group Retail Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple luxury resort properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to take ownership of sales, profitability, merchandising, inventory and guest experience across a multi-property operation.
The Role
- Oversee retail operations across three luxury resort properties
- Lead and develop Retail Managers and wider retail teams
- Establish consistent service standards, SOPs and guest experience across all locations
- Develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, transaction values and inventory turnover
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, ordering and inventory control
- Manage budgets, forecasting, expenses and financial performance
- Build relationships with suppliers and identify new product and market opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to develop promotions, events and campaigns
- Ensure a cohesive luxury brand experience across all retail locations
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Proven experience overseeing multiple retail outlets
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent knowledge of retail sales, merchandising and inventory management
- Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
- Experience with retail POS and management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic, commercially focused and results-oriented
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field preferred
