Corporate Solicitor – Bournemouth
Huge opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a forward thinking and highly regarded corporate team in Bournemouth. This corporate team are ranked in the legal 500, so you’ll be getting involved in some excellent corporate work.
Responsibilities:
- Working for local, regional, national and household names, you’ll be managing a caseload of sales, acquisitions, mergers, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring.
- Taking part in business development and growing existing and new relationships.
- Working with other teams as a ‘one stop shop’ for clients, to provide a holistic approach.
Qualifications:
- Junior corporate solicitor with atleast 1 year PQE.
- Experience of corporate from a commercial law firm.
- A good understanding of M&A transactions.
