Job Title: Corporate Restructuring (Contentious/Non-Contentious)- Elite US Law Firm
Salary: £180,000-£200,000
PQE Level: 1-2 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our longstanding client, an elite US law firm has a powerful expanding City office.
Role:
Contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency work for a high-profile big ticket cross border transactions for UK, European and US multinationals.
- Non-Contentious Restructuring including special situations
- Insolvency related disputes
Key attractions:
- Breadth of work across contentious and non-contentious

Successful candidate:
- 1-2 PQE, England & Wales Qualified ( we are unable to consider NQ level candidates)
- Currently working for another US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm ( we are unable to consider candidates outside of these firms)
- Contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency experience
- Excellent academics
