Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate ( Energy/Infa)- Top City Firm
Salary: £140,000-£170,000
PQE Level: 5-10PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm:
- Large Global City law firm who has a high profile both within the real estate and energy & infrastructure sectors
Role:
- Commercial real estate aspects of renewables, energy, infrastructure projects
- Wind, solar, hydrogen, nuclear, Battery/EV charging, offshore wind, ports, airports
- DCO and CPO schemes
- Site assembly, land due diligence, access, title, options, leases, development, and other project agreements

- Qualified solicitor, England & Wales with 5-10 PQE
