Our client, with offices in Sussex and London, is looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join the team based in Brighton. The role would be to support the existing commercial property workload in all aspects of commercial property law including, re-financing individual or portfolio properties. It would be advantageous if the commercial property solicitor has some form of awareness or experience of business transfers as well having experience of further expanding the client base.
The commercial property solicitor will become part of a fun and experienced team. The position would also have excellent opportunities for career progression along with a competitive and flexible package for the right person.
