Our client is a well known Dorset law firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This L500 commercial property team are part of an award winning firm.
This Commercial Property Solicitor will be based in Bournemouth and will manage a broad caseload of landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions and development. You will be working on title reviews and reports on title, dealing with completion and post completion, amongst other things.
You must be a qualified solicitor and have atleast 3 years post qualifying experience from a reputable commercial property team.
