Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining an expanding and busy firm in their agricultural property team. As an experienced agricultural property solicitor, you will be working proactively with a wide range of complex farming and land matters. Our client has an ambitious growth plan and this is an ideal time to join at the senior level.

As a valued member of the agricultural property team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with a cross-section of clients from mid to HNW individuals, farmers, landowners and estate owners.
  • Working with clients on:
    • Buying/selling rural land
    • Renewable energy law
    • Agricultural tenancies
    • Equestrian properties
    • Sporting Leases
  • Working with senior members of the team growing and developing the department
  • Supervising more junior individuals

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have two years minimum of impressive agricultural property experience.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Client-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
