COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN | KAMPALA, UGANDA
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join a leading restaurant/food service operation in Kampala.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience servicing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, with strong expertise in gas equipment, fryers, burners, ovens, grills and cooking lines.
Key experience:
-Henny Penny fryers & holding cabinets
-Rational & Lincoln ovens
-Gas burners, grills & cooking equipment
-Coffee machines, hot holding & sandwich makers
-Electrical & gas troubleshooting
-Preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis
Requirements:
âś” Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related field
âś” Strong commercial kitchen equipment experience
âś” Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
âś” Gas equipment experience is essential
Kampala, Uganda
USD 1,200–1,500/month, depending on experience
