Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm 2-4 PQE
Salary: £96-103k
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Firm:
- Our longstanding client, a prestigious boutique City law firm is going through an exciting growth phase.
Role:
Advising a broad client base which includes well known corporates, family offices/private capital, entrepreneurial fast-growing companies, high profile senior executives and across contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Employment advisory including grievance, redundancy, discrimination etc
- Support on corporate transactions including TUPE
- Devising employment policies and procedures
- Advising senior executives on exits, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, high profile team moves etc

Successful candidate:
- 2-4 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- Working within a dedicated employment practice within a City, West End, boutique or national law firm
