Description
A Interim HR Business Partner to:
– Partner with a specific client group as a true HR Partner
– Main responsibilities will be focusing on complex ER casework as well as restructures
– Lead on strategic direction for your client group
– Coach and advise managers on all people related matters
– Lead on any employment tribunal casework
– Partner with your client group on an organisational change, include restructures, and TUPE
– Design and develop OD initiatives, including engagement, well-being, and succession planning
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner with:
– Previous Partnering experience
– Previous experience working in an education setting
– Existing Enhanced DBS or on the DBS update system essential
– Able to start immediately
