A property organisation are looking for a confidential Interim HR Business Partner to join immediately. The role will be operating as a true HR Business Partner with a key focus on leading TUPE programs. The role is for an initial 6-9 months, based in London and offering hybrid working.

Description

An Interim HR Business Partner to:

– Operate as a true HR Business Partner

– The role has a key focus to lead a number of TUPE in and out projects for some newly acquired projects

– Lead on T&C changes and harmonisation

– Lead on mobilisation during the TUPE process from different contracts

– Lead and support on a variety of HR Projects (to be discussed)

– Potential to lead on restructure programs too

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

– Previous experience in property or facilities management desirable

– Previous experience operating as a HR Business Partner and leading on a variety of TUPE changes

– Available to start immediately

– Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously

£250-400 per day
