Overview
This Senior Management Accountant position involves working closely with the Finance Director and international finance colleagues to deliver a robust insight into financial performance. This will include developing and improving processes, understanding and reporting on trends / variances, and delivering management accounts including balance sheet and cashflows.

Description
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
- Ensuring balance sheet control and completing reconciliations
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and financial optimisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investors and auditors.
- Manage a team of junior accountants and finance professionals.
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Excellent team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
- A salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000
