We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join a busy team in London on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different systems, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users
- Setting up and installing PCs and laptops (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux)
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Supporting users with day-to-day IT queries and system changes
- Helping with upgrades and deployments
- Acting as the go-between for the IT team and other departments
- Keeping things running smoothly in a clean room/manufacturing setting
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Confident working with different operating systems and hardware
- Able to work independently and manage their time well
- Good communicator who can explain tech stuff clearly
- Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
