Here at First for Support, we are working alongside our partners in their search for multiple Support Workers in the Worsley area. You will be providing expert support and care to children and young people who are living within the home.

Residential Children’s Support Worker Requirements
Level 3 Diploma or working towards in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Previous experience of working in a children’s home
Ability to manage children with learning difficulties, behaviour difficulties and challenging behaviour
UK driving licence and own car
DBS check if possible
Residential Children’s Support Worker Key Responsibilities
Give daily support and care to children and young people within the home
Support the children and young persons in developing their independence and social skill
Build safe and positive relationships with the children and young persons
Support senior members of staff with the running and safety of the home
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
