Role: Sous Chef

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.

What you will do

  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Lead shifts and manage the team when required.
  • Ensure top standards of presentation, taste, and service.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development.
  • Manage ordering, stock, and kitchen cleanliness.

What we’re looking for

  • An experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous.
  • Proven background in fresh, gastro-style cooking.
  • A strong communicator who works well under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for honest food and teamwork.
