Role: Sous Chef
You’ll support the Head Chef in leading a team of five, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly while helping to develop and deliver quality dishes from the core menu and daily specials.
What you will do
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain high standards of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
- Help plan and create seasonal specials.
- Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
What we’re looking for
- A strong Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous ready to step up.
- Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
- A team player who leads with calm confidence.
- A passion for quality cooking and fresh ingredients.
