Role: Sous Chef
You’ll support the Head Chef in leading a skilled kitchen team, helping deliver an evolving menu that celebrates classic flavours with a modern touch.
What you will do
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and high culinary standards.
- Create and develop seasonal specials.
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and hygiene.
What we’re looking for
- A strong Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous ready to step up.
- Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
- Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
- Passion for honest cooking and local ingredients.
