Description

  • Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget by forecasting costs and managing expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and analyse tenders for contracts.
  • Implement cost control measures to minimise project overspend.
  • Manage and resolve any contractual disputes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project targets are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience in the property/construction industry, specifically in construction.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Job Offer
