Description
- Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
- Provide insights into cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven management experience.
