Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance customer experience

  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or senior sales leader, ideally in logistics

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data and market trends

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels

  • Experience managing sales teams and budgets

  • Must have worked into retail
