We are working with a vibrant, high-volume restaurant in London, known for its great atmosphere and excellent service. They’re now looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team and help lead the front-of-house operation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily front-of-house operations
  • Lead shifts and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support stock control and ordering
  • Assist in training and supervising FOH staff
  • Deliver a welcoming and memorable guest experience
  • Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous restaurant supervisory experience
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • A passion for great service and team development
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
