Job title: Residential Development Solicitor, Southampton

Salary: £55,000-£61,000

PQE Level: 1-3 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A top 100 law firm, known for its progressive and people-orientated approach, is looking for a Residential development solicitor to join their team based in Hampshire. Ideally the firm is looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience.

In the role you will be handling a caseload that includes land assembly, development finance and sales/purchases of completed units for a range of clients from regional developers to large house builders.
