Location: North Dorset (Hybrid & Flexible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000
An award-winning law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and ambitious team in Shaftesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, supportive environment that values career development and work-life balance.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and transfers of equity
- Properties in rural locations
- Work flowing from a thriving residential property department
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:
- 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confidence managing a diverse caseload independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and client-focused approach
- Experience using case management systems
- A passion for delivering excellent client service
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working is available. Attendance at the Shaftesbury office is expected, with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
