Our client in the Preston area is looking for a Children’s Home Registered Manager in the Preston area. The ideal candidate would have a strong background working in a children’s care home and able to demonstrate leadership and management skills.

Children’s Home Registered Manager Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management throughout the home
Develop and implement care plans for the children
Ensure Ofsted regulations are adhered to
Be the primary contact for the home
Make sure that all staff are trained to high level of safeguarding
Carry out administrative tasks
Manage rotas, budget and cover of staff
Complete monthly audits

Children’s Home Registered Manager Requirements

Level 5 qualification in leadership and management or working towards
Minimum of level 3 in childcare
Minimum of 2 years working in a children’s home
UK driving licence and own car
Proven experience in managing budgets and staff
