Registered Manager –
I am recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf on my client for a 4 bed EBD Home based in the IG1 area. This role requires a Registered Manager with Ofsted Experience who will report directly to the Operations Director.
Job Profile:
The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading the Ofsted regulated service ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. In keeping with my clients company ethos, the Registered Manager will be focused on Quality, excellent service delivery, Business development and the drive for commercial success.
Duties include, but not limited to:
·Demonstrate passion and commitment to excellent support & quality.
·Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, company policies & procedures.
·Ensure the highest standards of person centred childcare focusing on best outcomes.
·Demonstrate evidence of quality assurance and best practice.
·Provide leadership & coaching in childcare practice within the home.
·Demonstrate strong & effective leadership & people management at all times.
·Inspire, motivate & build a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
·Provide feedback to the Operations Director.
·Accountability for effectively managing financial viability & agreed targets.
·Positively promote and market the Home.
·Establish, develop & utilise excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders.
·Take the lead on all management enquiries.
·Promote a learning organisation culture.
·Acknowledge, celebrate & share all success.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will need to be able to meet the requirements of regulation 28 of the children’s Home (England) Regulations 2015.
