Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and create tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records and update the internal recruitment database regularly.
