Description
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and screening applications.
- Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and update the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and person specifications.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
- Support other HR-related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
- Previous exposure to a Recruitment based role.
- Administration experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
