Real Estate Solicitor NQ-2 – Cambridge
This leading UK firm is seeking an Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team.
They are looking for a diligent and motivated Associate to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate law to develop their skills within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting senior team members in handling a range of commercial property transactions
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to real estate matters
- Liaising with clients and building strong professional relationships
- Assisting with due diligence and the negotiation of property contracts
- Contributing to the overall success of the real estate department
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong academic background and a keen interest in real estate law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Day-to-Day
- Collaborating with partners and associates to assist in the progression of real estate matters
- Attending client meetings and providing legal advice on property transactions
- Managing a caseload of real estate files with supervision from senior colleagues
- Keeping abreast of developments in real estate law and actively participating in training initiatives
- Engaging in business development activities and networking within the local community
