Real Estate Solicitor – Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly regarded regional firm are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their friendly and high-performing team in Bristol. If you enjoy a mix of autonomy, collaboration, and varied work with regional and national clients, this could be your next move.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and inclusive Real Estate team working across a broad and high-quality caseload. The team advise regional developers, pension funds, corporate occupiers and lenders with dedicated specialisms in strategic land, corporate support and secured lending.
The Role:
- Handling a broad mix of commercial property matters with a particular focus on development and lease advisory work.
- Taking ownership of your own files, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
- Providing clear, commercial advice.
- Mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
- Getting stuck into targeted business development both for your own work and cross-referrals within the wider firm.
Candidate Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE in commercial property.
- Strong communicator with excellent client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment but is confident managing their own matters.
- A self-starter who wants to contribute proactively to growth and success.
