The Role
Our client are looking for a commercially minded Associate with around 1 year+ PQE (more welcome!) from a strong commercial background. The role is flexible to suit your experience and offers the chance to work on exciting national and regional projects.
Duties:
- Managing a varied caseload with autonomy and support
- Delivering top-tier client care and maintaining technical excellence
- Contributing to growth through client retention and new opportunities
- Meeting financial targets and maintaining accurate records
Candidate requirements:
- Solid real estate experience and commercial awareness
- A proactive, personable approach with great communication
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- A genuine interest in business development and sector trends
