A well-established UK salon group is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support its accounts team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs. The role requires at least three years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Access Financial systems.

The client is a long-established UK salon group with over 50 locations in high-profile areas such as Mayfair, Richmond, and Brighton. Known for its consistent, modern style, the company operates a central head office in Tolworth.
Description
- Process and code purchase ledger invoices and import them into the accounting system
- Circulate and scan documents for approval using Access Capture
- Import daily sales takings into Access Financial
- Handle intercompany recharges and manage monthly/ad hoc payment runs for three companies
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and credit card transactions
- Monitor bank balances, download statements, and manage staff expenses
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar accounts role, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. They should be a reliable team player with intermediate Excel proficiency and, ideally, experience using Access Financial and Access Capture systems, along with familiarity in paperless processing.
Job Offer
