Property Litigation Solicitor – Hertfordshire / Essex / Cambridge

Exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate / Senior Associate to join this leading firm with a number of offices in the East of England.

Ideally you will have at least 6 years experience in property litigation law and be looking for your next challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations and possession claims
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and solutions to clients including property developers, investors and commercial landlords
  • Keep abreast of changes in property litigation law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE in property litigation
  • Strong background in handling a broad range of property litigation matters.
  • Proven experience in managing a caseload independently and providing strategic advice to clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong client relationships

Day-to-day matters

  • Reviewing and advising on property litigation documentation
  • Attending court hearings and negotiations on behalf of clients
  • Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions
  • Liaising with clients and third parties

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £70000 – £80000 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
