Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated NQ-3 PQE solicitor to join a high-performing property litigation team in their London office. With a national reputation and top-tier clients including developers, retailers, real estate investors, and HNW individuals, the team delivers premium work across all aspects of property litigation.

Your role will be varied and engaging, covering service charge disputes, possession and arrears claims, breaches of covenant, telecoms, injunctions, and support to commercial real estate colleagues. You’ll have independent case conduct, work directly with clients, and contribute to the firm’s growing national profile in property litigation.

The ideal candidate will have Building Safety Act, Commercial Landlord and Tenant Disputes an/or Part Wall Act experience. In return you will have a great remuneration package, be part of a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, and have a clear path for career development.
