I am delighted to be working with a fast-growing entertainment business to find them a highly organised and flexible Project Operations Manager. The group work internationally on both their own estate of Venues as well as supporting other owners and operators to deliver their vision for their venues.
All about you
You will be an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Project Operations Manager who will help bring landmark venues and experiences to life. You’ll play a key role in driving new business initiatives, coordinating international consultancy assignments, and supporting the launch of new ventures. Working across commercial, technical, operational, and creative functions, this role offers exceptional scope, variety, and international exposure.
The Role
The Project Operations Manager offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry specialists on projects that shape the future of live performance. The work you carry out will be varied and highly collaborative – no 2 days the same! From logistics and finance, to planning and delivery, you will use superior communication and organisational skills to assist in reporting and be a driving force for the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of complex project workflows, ensuring contractual obligations and client expectations are met.
- Manage meetings, actions, and communications across teams and clients, maintaining clarity and momentum.
- Develop project plans, track timelines and deliverables, and manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Support financial management through accurate record-keeping and project P&L reporting.
- Ensure the highest standards of client servicing and workflow quality.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or project issues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate third-party consultants, project staff, and international travel logistics.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting responses to proposals and tenders.
- Manage documentation and timelines for all business development activities.
- Create compelling reports, presentations, and supporting materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making across projects.
