Private Client NQ – 5 PQE Solicitor – Bristol

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Solicitor of NQ – 5 years PQE to join their growing Wills, Probate, Trusts and Mental Capacity team. You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients, helping them plan for the future with confidence and compassion.
The successful candidate can expect to advise on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies
- Succession planning for individuals and families
- Mental capacity issues, including LPAs and Court of Protection work
Candidate Requirements:
- 0-5 years’ PQE in private client law
- Solid experience in Wills, probate, and estate planning
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- STEP membership and/or SFE accreditation is a plus-but not essential
- A genuine interest in helping clients navigate sensitive life decisions
