JOB TITLE: Pensions Lawyer

This role is your chance to tackle high-profile, complex pensions matters and deliver commercially focused advice to both employers and trustees. The firm needs a strategic thinker to navigate corporate and bulk annuity transactions, reorganisations, benefit redesign, and liability management projects.

Responsibilities include drafting and interpreting trust deeds, ensuring compliance with new legislation, and advising on pensions risks in transactions. Your expertise will directly influence governance, funding, scheme mergers, wind-ups, and pension scheme investments.
