Tate is proud to partner with a local authority in their search for Repairs Coordinators to join the Responsive Repairs Team within the Housing Department. If you’re organised, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact in your community, this could be your next move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule repairs and tasks for on-site teams
- Keep residents informed every step of the way
- Maintain clear, accurate records of actions and conversations
- Spot and act on Health & Safety concerns
- Handle enquiries via email, phone, and text
- Raise repair orders, book appointments, and coordinate site visits
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid admin experience
- Housing or scheduling experience (a bonus!)
- Confident IT skills
