We are recruiting an Office Manager for a luxury brand based in central London.
Client Details
They are an established but still fast growing luxury brand based in central London. There are 40 people in the office there and it is a very friendly team. They moved into a new office at the end of last year and are now seeking a top class Office Manager to take care of the office.
Description
You will report directly into the Senior Finance Manager This role is the only support staff role in the office so there is a lot of autonomy there. You will oversee the fit out of the office which will be done inline with the luxury brand. You will meet and greet visitors, be responsible for health and safety, deal with contractors. You will also do some ad hoc work like booking travel for the Directors, you might help the marketing team. This really will be an all round role.
Profile
You will:
- Have worked as an Office Manager in a high end company, ideally luxury brand
- Be able to work autonomously
- Understand that the role is 5 days a week in the office
- Be confident, love client facing, be warm people person
Job Offer
£50,000 – £60,000 (depending on the candidate) plus discretionary bonus and benefits
