NQ Banking Solicitor – Bristol
A top 50 UK law firm is seeking a newly qualified Associate to join its high-performing Banking & Finance team in Bristol.
This is a rare opportunity to work on headline-grabbing transactions across the full spectrum of banking work including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, trade and commodity finance, and restructuring. You’ll be advising both lenders and borrowers on deals ranging from start-up loans to billion-pound syndicated facilities.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-office team working on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters for leading financial institutions.
About you:
- NQ or March 2026 qualifier with solid banking or transactional experience ideally gained at another international or leading regional firm
- Strong academic background
- Commercial mindset and client focus
- Keen interest in business development
- Team player with flexibility and drive
