New Build Conveyancer – Bristol
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a thriving team? This Legal 500 firm have an opening in their busy and expanding New Build Conveyancing department in their Kingswood office.
The team has built strong relationships with estate agents and developers, making networking and business development a vital part of this role. Due to growth, they are looking for someone confident in making connections and contributing to their continued growth.
The role:
As a Conveyancer, you’ll handle a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Conducting client interviews, taking instructions, and maintaining detailed file records
- Reviewing compliance documentation, assessing AML evidence, and ensuring high-quality work
- Managing contract packages, submitting searches, and drafting essential reports
- Acting on behalf of mortgage lenders and overseeing exchanges of contracts
- Ensuring transactions complete smoothly, handling post-completion matters efficiently
- Participating in marketing, networking, and business development initiatives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in conveyancing, ideally within new build property
- Hold a Law degree or a CILEx Professional Qualification (CPQ)
- Be confident using IT systems and adapting to new processes
- Deliver exceptional client care with a professional and friendly approach
- Be eager to contribute to marketing and business development, including social media and networking
