Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare financial statements and budgets
- Analyse and interpret financial data
- Implement strategies for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team
- Work closely with the management to make financial decisions
- Contribute to the company’s financial strategy and planning
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Working towards a professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) – ideally finalist in CIMA
- Experience working within the Manufacturing/Industrial sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Profound knowledge of financial laws and regulations
